Injury Prevention & Corrective Exercise Programs

Injury Prevention and Corrective Exercise programs, created by our Xperts, can be designed to help strengthen your weaknesses. We offer programs to individuals and groups improving strength, movement patterns, mobility, and activity specific movements. We want to help you exercise the best and most efficient way possible.

Session Procedures
Injury Prevention and Corrective Exercise sessions are 60 minutes in length.  During your session you will go through a functional movement screen, educated on your strengths and weaknesses, and provided home exercises to improve your performance and balance your body.  Our Xperts will advise you on how to perform the exercises and how often the exercises are to be performed.  A reassessment will also be discussed.
